Mobile-data promise: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How consent is obtained

We send text messages only to individuals who have expressly opted in. Consent is collected through an unchecked checkbox on our website and box office forms, which the individual must select themselves. We disclose personal information as described below.

7 Advertising and Analytics

We advertise our performances on third-party platforms. To measure whether our advertising is working, our website uses the following technologies:

  • Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram advertising measurement);
  • Google Ads conversion tracking; and
  • Google Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use our site. Google's privacy practices are described at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

These technologies record website activity such as pages viewed and purchases completed, and may associate that activity with an advertising profile in order to measure results and reach similar audiences.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never included in any advertising audience, customer list, conversion upload, or data feed to any advertising platform. This exclusion applies without exception and covers custom audiences, lookalike audiences, offline conversion uploads, and server-side conversion events.

How to opt out

You can also limit these technologies through your browser settings and your device's advertising controls.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Our site honours the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where your browser sends one. Browser Do Not Track signals are not currently standardized and our site does not respond to them.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
