Please read these terms before you buy. Purchase of a ticket and entry to the performance site constitute agreement to the terms and conditions below.
1.1 All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
1.2 Children's pricing applies to children from 3 to 12 years of age, inclusive. Children under 3 years of age are admitted free of charge when seated on the lap of a paying adult. A patron aged 13 or older requires an adult ticket.
1.3 Tickets are valid only for the performance date, time, and venue printed on them.
1.4 Once an order has been processed, it is final. We do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds at the request of the purchaser. Refunds are issued only in the circumstances described in Section 4.
1.5 Discounted tickets, complimentary tickets, giveaway tickets, and promotional ticket offers are non-refundable and may not be resold.
1.6 Select promotional offers may be available through Le Cirque de France advertisements or local promotional partners. Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively.
1.7 It is the purchaser's responsibility to check the order details before completing the purchase and to arrive at the correct venue at the correct time. We are not able to issue a refund for tickets purchased for the wrong date, time, or venue.
2.1 A service and processing fee is applied to ticket orders. This fee covers payment processing, ticketing system, and box office costs, and we make every effort to keep it as low as possible.
2.2 The total amount payable, including all fees, is displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this fee.
2.3 The fee will appear on your credit card statement together with your order charges.
3.1 Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
3.2 Where a ticket has been resold or transferred in breach of these terms, we reserve the right to refuse entry to the bearer and to void the ticket without refund to any party.
3.3 We are not responsible for tickets purchased from any source other than our official box office, and cannot guarantee that such tickets are valid. Tickets purchased from unauthorized resellers may be refused at the door.
4.1 Le Cirque de France reserves the right to cancel or postpone any performance, and to change performance details including pricing, venue, location, capacity, cast, showtimes, and dates, at any time and without notice.
4.2 If a performance is canceled and not rescheduled, the face value of the ticket will be refunded to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Service fees, ticket processing fees, credit card processing fees, internet convenience fees, and any other applicable transaction fees are considered final at the time of purchase and are non-refundable. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
4.3 If a performance is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honoured at the rescheduled performance. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund by contacting us at [email protected] within [14] days of the announcement of the new date.
4.4 If a performance is cancelled or stopped shortly before or during the show, refunds will be arranged at the next practical opportunity. Please retain your ticket or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
4.5 Refunds are issued only to the purchaser, using the payment method and contact details provided at the time of purchase. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide a valid, monitored email address.
4.6 We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, parking, childcare, or any other cost incurred in connection with attending a performance that is cancelled, postponed, or changed.
5.1 Le Cirque de France and its event personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the performance site, any person at any time and without refund.
5.2 Patrons and their belongings may be subject to search as a condition of entry.
5.3 The following are prohibited on the performance site: weapons, illegal substances, outside alcohol, glass containers, drones, laser pointers, and any item that event personnel determine to be a safety risk. Prohibited items may be confiscated or refused entry.
5.4 Patrons who are disruptive, intoxicated, abusive, or who interfere with the enjoyment or safety of others may be removed without refund.
5.5 Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
5.6 Latecomers may be seated at the discretion of event personnel, at a suitable break in the performance, and may be directed to alternative seating.
5.7 Le Cirque de France is not responsible for issues arising at a performance from the behaviour of other patrons, although we will make every reasonable effort to resolve such issues.
5.8 Patrons requiring accessible seating or accommodation are asked to contact us at [email protected] in advance of the performance so that arrangements can be made.
6.1 Attendance at a circus performance involves inherent risk. Performances take place in temporary structures and may include aerial acts, acrobatics, apparatus, pyrotechnic or special effects, and audience participation. By entering the performance site, you accept these inherent risks on your own behalf and on behalf of any minor in your care.
6.2 Le Cirque de France shall not be held liable for injury, death, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity arising from the act or default of any person, or from any defect in a venue or facility used by the circus, except to the extent such liability cannot be excluded at law.
6.3 We do not accept liability for additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond our control or not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part, including war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, severe weather, acts of God, acts of government or other authority, public health orders, and accident to or failure of machinery or equipment.
6.4 Personal property brought onto the performance site remains the responsibility of the patron. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
6.5 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
7.2 Patrons with photosensitive epilepsy, heart conditions, respiratory conditions, sensory sensitivity, or any other condition that may be affected by these effects should consider this carefully before attending, and may contact us at [email protected] with questions in advance.
8.1 By patrons. Due to international copyright law, video recording and professional photography are strictly prohibited. Personal photographs taken on a mobile phone are permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
8.2 By us. Le Cirque de France and its authorized representatives may photograph, film, and record performances and audiences. By entering the performance site, you grant Le Cirque de France an irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your image, likeness, and voice as captured, in any medium, for promotional, marketing, archival, and commercial purposes, without compensation, notice, or further approval. This applies equally to any minor in your care.
8.3 If you do not wish to be recorded, please speak with event personnel on arrival.

10.1 All merchandise sales are final. Merchandise is non-refundable, and there are no exchanges or upgrades.
12.1 Le Cirque de France operates a text messaging program for ticket holders and subscribers. Participation is entirely optional and is never a condition of purchasing a ticket or attending a performance.
12.2 What we send. Order confirmations and ticket delivery, performance notices (venue details, arrival information, showtime changes, weather delays, postponements, and cancellations), and, for those who opt in to marketing messages, announcements of upcoming tour dates and offers.
12.3 How to join. You may opt in by checking the consent box on our website or box office forms. The box is not pre-selected. You must check it yourself.
12.4 Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
12.5 Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Le Cirque de France does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may.
12.6 How to stop. Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
12.7 How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at +1 346-214-6466 or [email protected].
12.8 Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
12.9 Privacy. Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://lecirquedefrance.com/privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
12.10 Supported carriers. The program is available on most major carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
13.1 Personal information collected in connection with ticket sales is collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://lecirquedefrance.com/privacy-policy.
13.2 Order and purchase records, excluding payment card data, are retained by GDS Entertainment LLC o/a Le Cirque de France. Payment card data is processed and held by our payment processor and is not stored by us.
14.1 Governing law. Florida law will govern these terms and all disputes arising out of or relating to these terms, regardless of any conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
14.2 Changes. We may amend these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. The current version is always posted at this address.
14.3 Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
